Substance Abuse

Dr. Centurion provides a comprehensive substance abuse evaluation. The treatment plan is individualized and treats alcohol, stimulant, marijuana, nicotine and prescription drug abuse. Your treatment options are discussed. CBT and 12 step approaches are explained. Urine toxicology - as a means to help you achieve and maintain abstinence - is provided on site.

Vivitrol^® (Naltrexone for extended release injection) is administered in the office for treatment of alcohol or opiate dependence.
